Monday is the day to...

Hi everyone!
Monday is the magic day.
The day I weigh myself.
I'm becoming more organized 
with my weight loss.
Living a healthy lifestyle.
No using that bad D word.
diet



Did I loss any weight this pass Monday?

I did.
Two pounds are gone!

Ugh! My body hurts all time.

Once upon a time 
there was an active little girl
I need her back right now.


Hi Everyone!
Are you finding that your over weight body hurts all the time.
Walk to much, hurts.
Sit to much, hurts.
Where is that even balance.
Balance is our key word today.
The extra weight didn't arrive on the scene over night.
It's up to you to love all of you.
all the time.
I know this can be tough.
When you take the time to balance between physical activity and rest that's loving all of you.
You move around, stretch then rest. Do you best in getting back up within 30 to 60 minutes.
Repeat this process throughout the day.
Just saying, you'll notice a difference.

There are a multiple of things which placed you in a weight loss journey


When one thinks about it or journals that you will come up with several or more reasons to your weight loss journey. Seems far fetched.
Meaning its not just one reason. Keep in mind you will come up with numerous others as you progress into your new lifestyle.
And this will take time.
Your decisions or lack of will become your journey.
We all have our story.
Take the time to change from negative mindset into a positive one.
One that has you being healthy.
Feeling more energized.
Clear mind.

There are times in our lives where things seem to be going in the wrong direction. One might say its going in a negative manner.
Others will say we receive bad news or negative news to wake us up.
Make a change.
Turn lemons into lemon-aide.
I can writing sayings all day.
Not my style though.
Instead.
Grab the facts. Reality.
Know it inside and out.
Make your changes as positive as you can.
Yes, you will fall down.
Brush yourself off. Start over.

Ugh! I must lose 87lbs!

Ugh! How did this happen. Don't answer that.
I already know how this happened.
Gathering with friends. Eating good food and laughing a lot.
Yes. Not eating the healthy foods.
Um, chocolate cake.....
